Each piece is made to order in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, using premium wood and precision laser-cut lettering.

• Stained backer will be made from a 1/4" baltic birch plywood
  
• The letters will be made from 1/4" MDF. They will be pre-painted, then cut on the laser machine. This means that the edges of the letters will not be painted but will have a finished laser cut edge.
  
• Includes a sawtooth hanger. 

Custom Order Process:

• Add the custom information for your sign. This includes the wording you want on the sign, backer design, backer stain or paint option, and the font colours.
• We will create a mockup to approve before your sign is made. This will include several font options.

Baltic Birch, Stain or Paint, Clear Coat, Glue, MDF.

How It's Made

The offset wood sign will be stained and made from 1/4 baltic birch. The letters will be made from 1/4" MDF. The letters will be pre-painted, then cut on the laser machine. This means that the edges of the letters will not be painted but will have a finished laser cut edge. 

Wood will have natural knots and markings. These markings create an unique touch on every sign. Due to this, the appearance of the signs may differ slightly and each piece may take the stain differently.
