Refund policy
All sales are final. We make all of our products to order and for that reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Custom Products
We do not offer returns on custom products. These types of products are made as a custom request and in some cases have personalized wording on the sign.
Deposits on Custom Order
For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. If you change your mind on the order, the deposit will not be refunded.
Damaged / Defective Product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item. Defective or damaged products will be reviewed on a case-by-case scenario. We must be notified of any damaged or defective product within 48 hours or receiving the product. Please contact us at barnworx@outlook.com and include a picture of the defective/damaged/incorrect product.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not refundable.
