Each piece is made to order in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, using premium wood and precision laser-cut lettering. The round shape adds a modern-rustic touch, while the custom design ensures it reflects your style.

• Stained backer will be made from a 1/2" baltic birch plywood and a painted backer will made from a 1/2" MDF
  
• 3D lettering made from a matte black or white acrylic and a 1/4" MDF.
  
• Includes a sawtooth hanger. 

Custom Order Process:

• Add the custom information for your sign. This includes the wording you want on the sign, backer stain or paint option, and font colour.
• We will create a mockup to approve before your sign is made. This will include several font options.

Materials

Baltic Birch or MDF, Stain or Paint, Clear Coat, Glue, MDF, Acrylic.

How It's Made

The round wood sign will either be stained or painting, depending on your selection choice. The letters will be made from 1/8" matte black or white acrylic and 1/4" MDF. The MDF letters will be pre-painted, then cut on the laser machine. This means that the edges of the letters will not be painted but will have a finished laser cut edge.

Wood will have natural knots and markings. These markings create an unique touch on every sign. Due to this, the appearance of the signs may differ slightly and each piece may take the stain differently.
