• The letters and design will be made from 1/8" or 1/4" MDF, depending on the design, detail, and size. They will be pre-painted, then cut on the laser machine. This means that the edges of the letters will not be painted but will have a finished laser cut edge.
  
• Includes a sawtooth hanger. 

Custom Order Process:

• Add the custom information for your sign. This includes the wording you want on the sign, backer design, backer stain or paint option, and the font colours.
• We will create a mockup to approve before your sign is made. This will include several font options.

How It's Made

Our framed wood signs are made with a painted hardboard backing. The backing is encased in a dado cut into the frame (ie, not stapled to the frame). We use 3/4" thick x 1/8" deep pine or spruce. The letters and design will be made from 1/8" or 1/4" MDF, depending on the design, detail, and size. The letters will be pre-painted, then cut on the laser machine. This means that the edges of the letters will not be painted but will have a finished laser cut edge.

The frames will have natural knots and markings. These markings create an unique touch on every frame. Due to this, the appearance of the frames may differ slightly and each piece may take the stain differently.
